This week, we organised an educational yet relaxed workshop for kids in Hong Kong to craft their own pan flute and discuss the science behind having different pitches for each straw. This workshop helped children broaden their understanding of how different lengths of materials could create different levels of pitches. It also showcased the kids' creativity when they were busy creating their own pan flute with our materials. Overall, the children had a splendid time learning not only in an effortless but also entertaining method.
