Our mission

Love, Handmades is a student-led non-profit organization striving to spread awareness of underprivileged children residing in Hong Kong. We thoroughly believe that every child deserves equal opportunities, therefore, we combat this evergrowing challenge by hosting STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) workshops which contain fun hands-on activities, in hopes of enriching their knowledge and broadening horizons. As well, we also fundraise for NGOs that support disadvantaged children, streamed from our philanthropic soap-art business.

We aim to connect different members of the community, from underprivileged children to student volunteers by running DIY workshops. This not only allows the children to destress and unleash their creativity, but also gives an opportunity for passionate students to give back to the community.

Despite Hong Kong being a wealthy and prosperous city, one in four children live below the poverty line, and 20% of children cannot afford three meals in a day. We hope to shed light on these issues by donating proceeds from our handmade products to underprivileged children in Hong Kong

We plan to run DIY workshops for underprivileged children in the future in hopes of inspiring them to discover new possibilities and foster their creativity.

We aspire to make our products as sustainable as possible by using all natural ingredients and minimal packaging.
